GIFT VOUCHERS

1. Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Gift Voucher are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
2. Gift Vouchers must be produced in person to be redeemed (cannot be redeemed over the phone)
3. A Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Gift Voucher can be used in full or part payment for beauty services and/or products
4. When products are purchased using a Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Gift Voucher, no change will be given in cash but any balance remaining will be given on a new Gift Voucher. Where a Gift Voucher holder wishes to buy services or products with a value higher than the balance Gift Voucher, he/she will be required to pay the difference in value
5. The balance on a Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If we agree to provide a refund for products purchased using a Gift Voucher, the amount of the purchase price paid using the Gift Voucher will be reimbursed by issuing a new Gift Voucher
6. Please look after the Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Gift Voucher and treat it like cash. We do not maintain information on the holders of Gift Vouchers and therefore, if a Gift Voucher is used without the consent of the Gift Voucher holder or is lost, stolen or damaged we cannot replace or reimburse the balance on the Gift Voucher
7. Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Limited may vary these terms and conditions for legal, security or regulatory reasons or may suspend or discontinue the Gift Voucher scheme where necessary due to circumstances beyond Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Limited reasonable control
8. Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Limited Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

1. Discount vouchers can be used on single treatments only and, where used in conjunction with multiple treatments, the discount will apply to the cheapest treatment only.

COMPETITIONS

1. The competition will run for a specified time and late entries will not be counted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Competitions
3. Competitions are not open to employees of Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Limited or their family members
4. Winners may be chosen by prize draw, at random, by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by Skin by Anel Lamine Beauty Limited. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
5. Winners will be notified by email or by telephone within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
6. Skin by Anel Lamine will notify the winner when and where to collect the prize
7. Prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we the reserve the right to substitute any prizes with another of equivalent value without giving notice. This does not affect your statutory rights
8. Skin by Anel Lamine reserver the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible
9. Skin by Anel Lamine is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected the competition
10. Skin by Anel Lamine Limited is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent
11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current UK Data Protection Legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrants prior consent
12. Skin by Anel Lamine Limited Competitions will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England
13. By entering a competition an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions

AT HOME AND CORPORATE BEAUTY

1. You will be required to give Skin by Anel Lamine your full contact details including mobile number, email address, personal health details and skin type/condition where applicable
2. In the interests of your safety and wellbeing it is vital you advise us of any known any medical issues or general information including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc when you book your appointment as it may affect the outcome of your treatment.
3. By giving Skin by Anel Lamine Limited your details you give permission for Skin by Anel Lamine Limited to contact you in the future (if you want to opt out of communication after your booking please let us know)
4. A 25% deposit is applicable on all bookings and secures your dates and the best possible Therapist/Makeup artist for you
5. Deposits are non refundable
6. Balance payments must be paid in full within 3 days of the scheduled booking
7. We accept Cheque, Pay Pal and Bacs – Please use your booking number and surname as a reference for all payments
8. Receipts can be issued by email on request
9. Therapist/Makeup artist(s) will not be sent to a booking unless the payment in full has been received
10. Travel costs are negotiable and do not always apply
11. Travel costs (if applicable) will be agreed and invoiced at the time of booking
12. Where travel costs do apply travel is charged at 25p per mile for a return journey
13. Travel costs are calculated from our Head Office at 1 High Street, Wimbledon Village, SW19 5DX
14. If the job is within the London Underground/bus network the cost of the appropriate daily travel card will be charged
15. Additional parking charges may apply and this will be discussed with you during the time of booking
16. A 20% surcharge will be added to the sub-total fee (minus travel) for any bookings that take place on a Sunday or Bank Holiday
17. Surcharge costs are negotiable and do not always apply
18. Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid Skin by Anel Lamine Limited guarantees to have a Therapist/Make up artist available for your booking. In the unlikely event that your original artist is ill and can’t attend your booking we will find a replacement artist that can do the job to the same standard
19. If you need to cancel your booking any deposit paid is non-refundable
20. There is no cancellation fee on condition that you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled booking. If you cancel within 7 days of your booking we will charge you 75% of your booking
21. If you are running late for your appointment we will try and accommodate this however we have to reduce the appointment time depending on other bookings

BRIDAL PACKAGES

Your wedding day is the most important day of your life, so naturally you want to look your best and we are on hand to cater to your wants and needs – after all its all about you! What you need to know…..

23. First Bridal Trials are charged at £60 and last for up to 3 hours
24. Trials for Bridesmaids and Mothers are charged at £40 per person and last up to 2 hours
25. Trial fees are payable in advance of the trial day
26. Please bring along any inspiration images you have to help show us what you have in mind. For hair trials please wash your hair the night before so that it is easier to style and bring along any headpieces or a veil you plan to wear
27. At the trial we will work out all the timings for the day
28. After the trial last minute changes to hair and make up cannot be guaranteed (although we will endeavour to accommodate your wishes)
29. During busy periods it might not always be possible for us to schedule trials at the weekend, particularly Saturdays
30. Should Skin by Anel Lamine successfully secure the Wedding booking the trial fee(s) paid will be deducted from the final price
A further £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Wedding package booking after the successful completion of a trial
31. We allow a 24hour grace in case you change your mind and your total payment less the Trial Fees will be refunded

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS

1. We take a deposit for appointments that are 2 hours and over. The deposit amount is 25% of the total amount and will deducted from your final bill
2. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you therefore please try to give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment
3. We know not everything goes as planned which is why you have the right to cancel your appointment at any time, should you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your appointment your Deposit WILL be refunded
4. Cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment and your Deposit will NOT be refunded but instead the deposit amount will be added to your account ready for when you rebook again, meaning you never lose your money
5. Cancellations or No-shows on the day will result in you losing your deposit
6. By booking with Skin by Anel Lamine you are acknowledging and accepting these terms

LATENESS FOR APPOINTMENTS

As a courtesy to others we reserve the right to reschedule your treatment if you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment. Where possible we will carry out your treatment but the time may be reduced due to time constraints and bookings but you will be charged full price for the treatment
